Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy. Any item you are unhappy with due to quality must be returned within 30 days of purchase and be in original packaging and undamaged. 

 

You can not cancel an order once its been placed as it starts productions usually within 4 hours so unless you tell us immediately we may not be able to stop or cancel the order in time.  If production of the product has started then you cant cancel or change the order and it will still be shipped to you as you placed it and you will still have to pay for the product.  

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will email you an address to send the item.  

 

We do not do any exchanges.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  For insurance, you should consider shipping with tracking to insure we receive the item.
